Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Poland is seeking a Financial Analyst for the GAI Global Sales team for EMEA and Asia Pacific. You will develop financial insights, support planning and deliver reporting to operational and executive levels using tools like Power BI and Oracle EPM.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to forecast, explain variances, and drive automation of FP&A processes, with a focus on data quality and scalable reporting. A 2+ year FP&A background and a bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years FP&A / finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial plans and forecasts with stakeholders.
• Deliver spend, sales and performance reporting for leadership.
• Explain variances vs forecast and prior year.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
• Lead automation and standardization of FP&A processes.
• Collaborate with GA&I and FP&A teams for consistent reporting.
