Job summary

Alstom in Poland seeks a proactive Project Planning Manager (PrPM) in Chorzów to lead the creation, maintenance and optimization of project schedules across multiple options. You will coordinate planning with engineering, production and PM teams, ensuring on-time delivery and risk mitigation through critical path analyses.

Qualifications

• Higher education in a technical or managerial field.
• Professional experience in the industry.
• Knowledge of project management and industrial production processes.
• Proficiency in English (good to advanced level).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Prince2).
• Experience as a member of a project core team or as a project manager.
• Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project.

• Create, follow up and update project schedules for all options.
