Job summary

Alstom in Chorzów is seeking a Project Planning Manager to lead scheduling for complex rail projects. You will create, update, and monitor project schedules, coordinate planning across engineering and production, and conduct critical path analyses to anticipate risks.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, implement best practices in time management, and contribute to regular project reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is valued, along with English language skills.

Qualifications

• Higher education in a technical or managerial field.
• Professional experience in project management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, Prince2).
• Proficiency in English (good to advanced level).
• Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Creation, regular follow-up, and updates of project schedules.
• Planning synchronization within the project.
• Systematic critical path analysis and identification of risks impacting project schedules.
• Regular reporting within project and site organizations.
