Alstom in Chorzów is seeking a Project Planning Manager to lead scheduling for complex rail projects. You will create, update, and monitor project schedules, coordinate planning across engineering and production, and conduct critical path analyses to anticipate risks.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams, implement best practices in time management, and contribute to regular project reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is valued, along with English language skills.

Take on a new challenge and apply your time management and project planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside goal-oriented and dynamic teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of complex projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including project management, engineering, and production teams), oversee synchronization of planning processes, and conduct systematic critical path analyses to identify risks impacting project schedules.
You’ll specifically take care of creating, following up on, and updating project schedules for all options in firm and forecast status, but also contribute to regular reporting within project and site organizations.
