Job summary

Banking Circle in Warsaw is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee renewals, supplier onboarding, sourcing and contract lifecycle management within Technology, Legal, Risk and Finance. You will independently manage procurement requests from initial need through to contract execution.

You will be responsible for negotiations on commercial terms, maintaining contract records, and driving savings opportunities while ensuring governance and regulatory alignment. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or related field.
• Minimum five years in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract governance.
• Experience with SaaS, software licensing, professional services, and cloud or infrastructure agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier onboarding, due diligence, renewals, and contract execution.
• Lead supplier negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts balancing risk and value.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records and renewal schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve value, reduce cost and mitigate supplier risk.
• Drive sourcing initiatives using market insights and stakeholder engagement.
