Job summary

Euroclear Kraków is seeking a motivated IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT initiatives within the GBS division. You will manage scope, timeline and budgets while aligning with business goals, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires experience in IT project management across software, infrastructure or data management, strong cost and risk management, and proficiency in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT projects end-to-end in finance or similar industries.
• Strong cost, risk and resource management capabilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated systems thinking and change management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Comfortable with Agile delivery and certification knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Pivot tables, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT initiatives within scope, time and budget.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships across IT and business units.
• Define deliverables, monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Ensure on-time project delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate large-scale activities across squads, IT and business divisions.
• Report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Enforce Agile practices and policy compliance; manage risk, issues and changes.
