Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in lead generation or service delivery management.
• At least 2–3 years in BFSI / Fintech accounts.
• Experience in client-facing roles with delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall service delivery across multiple projects.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Associates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
