Job summary
Lever, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact based in Poland to lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects that drive organizational impact.
You will oversee projects across the full delivery lifecycle, coordinate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners, and ensure objectives and measurable outcomes.
The role blends structured PM with Agile and hybrid approaches to improve processes and governance while delivering tangible change.
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering complex projects or transformations.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methods.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives.
- Define objectives, scope, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Prepare executive-level updates and governance materials.
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery with backlog and sprint planning.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices.
