Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead in Poland to drive enablement across international programmes. You will lead onboarding, training, and coaching for partner trainers, ensuring high training quality and measurable adoption outcomes across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with product, data, and programme management teams in a distributed setting, with up to 40% international travel. The role offers ownership and impact on health technology programmes globally.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.
• Demonstrable experience managing customer or partner relationships, setting expectations, and driving programmes towards stronger outcomes.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to build lasting capability in others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country Software User Training using digital and non-digital assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation when needed beyond self‑directed learning.
• Support field monitoring visits and keep partners aligned with software releases and updates.
• Maintain internal knowledge of evolving software capabilities and train new team members.
• Coach and develop trainers and Training Consultants to enable independent delivery.
• Quality‑assure Train‑the‑Trainer and cascade models through observation and feedback.
