LHH Poland is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to grow its Career Transition, Mobility, and Leadership Development business across Poland. You will cultivate relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, and senior leaders, driving strategic solutions during workforce transformation.

In this autonomous, client-facing role, you will lead the end-to-end sales process, design tailored mobility solutions, and partner with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business within consultative B2B sales.
• Experience selling HR, Career Transition, Leadership development or related advisory services.
• Comfort engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Polish market.
• Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, CEOs and senior leaders.
• Position LHH as a strategic partner during organizational transformation and workforce change.
• Lead the full consultative sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Design tailored Career Transition & Mobility solutions addressing client challenges.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Prepare compelling commercial proposals and negotiate contractual terms.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve ambitious commercial targets while delivering client value.
