Job summary

United Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a bespoke Learning Management System (LMS) for go-live in 2026. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinate with senior leaders, and lead cross-functional teams across product, dev, and QA to ensure timely outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining MVP scope, maintaining a robust program plan, governance, and effective Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Must manage end-to-end LMS program delivery for a bespoke system.
• Experience coordinating with senior leadership teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to define MVP scope with Product Owners and Business Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact to end-clients.
• Own the entire LMS program delivery and go-live in 2026.
• Coordinate a Program Plan aligned to SLT and corporate strategies.
• Establish governance aligned with ANITECH and end-client.
• Liaise with stakeholders across our, end-client, and third-party vendors.
• Define MVP scope with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Lead a Delivery oversight team covering sprint development, tests, and release management.
• Maintain a Gantt plan aligning backlog with Program Increments and releases to SIT/NFT/UAT environments.
• Provide problem-solving to remove blockers and dependencies in a timely manner.
• Understand the technology stack at an operational level (e.g., MS NET 8 Core, React 18, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Work with Scrum Masters to ensure effective Scrum practices: backlog, roadmap, sprint goals, user stories, and DoR/DoD.
