eConsulting is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead LMS implementation projects remotely. You will conduct client workshops, configure the LMS, support UAT, and deploy solutions for international clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers and consultants, and requires strong communication of technical solutions to business stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SAP SF Consulting experience, LMS certification, and proficiency in English (B2+).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or similar position.
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including the LMS module.
• Experience working with external clients conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.
• English min. B2+.

Responsibilities

• Implement the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module for clients from workshops through configuration to production deployment.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, document them, and build prototypes to verify scope with the client.
• Configure the solution, support UAT, and deploy to production environment.
• Provide consulting on client industry-specific needs and LMS processes.
• Work with Project Managers and consultants, communicate goals/status, and transfer knowledge about SuccessFactors to the client’s team.
