Job summary

Digital Forms is hiring a Senior Program Manager (Client Partner track) to own outcomes across multiple initiatives for strategic clients. You will be the senior, trusted point of contact, balancing delivery excellence with commercial growth and expanding relationships through upsell and cross-sell.

This hands‑on leadership role blends delivery, strategy, and account growth, coordinating multi‑team execution across squads and maintaining scope control while driving measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program / delivery / engagement management for digital products or platforms with Western clients.
• Escalation credibility with VP/C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi‑team, high‑value programs end‑to‑end (budgets, dependencies, risk).
• Executive presence; able to brief a CTO/CFO in 5 minutes or lead a steering committee.
• Hands‑on experience with SOWs, scope negotiation, and change requests; understands delivery economics.
• Strong governance mindset; experienced with Agile/Lean delivery at scale and Jira/Confluence.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) across time zones, cultures, and communication styles.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Outcomes and accountability for delivery, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the Client’s Trusted Partner; build executive relationships and lead steering committees.
• Lead escalations & recovery with credible plans and clear facts.
• Governance, not theater: set up KPIs, RAID, and decision logs.
• Delivery Leadership at scale: coordinate PMs, Tech Leads, Designers across squads.
• Commercial & scope control: shape SOWs and change requests; protect margin.
• Translate strategy into execution with roadmaps and prioritized portfolios.
• Executive communication: concise, decision‑oriented updates for senior meetings.
