Job summary

Frontiers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and provide structured planning, reporting, and documentation across the organization. You will work with Growth Leadership and stakeholders from Product, Editorial, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and maintain effective ways of working.

You will help ensure projects are well documented, visible, and aligned with OKRs while facilitating planning sessions

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs.
• Able to manage evolving priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with scheduling, risk, and reporting.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and executives.
• Familiarity with OKR planning and strategic reporting.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure alignment with priorities and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and roadmaps.
• Own knowledge management in Confluence and ensure accuracy.
• Organize planning sessions, steering meetings, and executive updates.
• Track risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Technology, Marketing and Ops teams.
• Support program planning, reporting and strategic progress with Leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
• Explore AI-powered tools to boost planning and delivery.
