Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to drive strategic, transformational, cross-functional initiatives. You will oversee lifecycles, budgets, timelines, testing and readiness to go live, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead risk assessment, governance, and reporting while mentoring other project managers and shaping prioritization across regions. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven program management experience leading large projects across regions/markets.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong planning, risk mitigation, and adherence to tight timelines.
• Deep knowledge of business processes and related technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align plans with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure successful program delivery.
• Own project lifecycles including budgets, timelines, build quality, testing and go-live readiness.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program-level risks; escalate when necessary.
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization; ensure completion and go-live readiness.
• Coach and mentor project managers to build capability within the organization.
• Provide project reporting and status updates with scorecards and monthly reviews.
