You will build reports and dashboards, maintain data quality, and support international HR initiatives across multiple entities while aligning with governance standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build reports, analyses and dashboards supporting management decision-making.
• Support organizational design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
• Analyze organizational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage job architecture, job evaluation and grading processes.
• Identify capability gaps and future workforce needs.
• Maintain high-quality people data and reporting standards.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives related to workforce structures.
• Contribute to compensation, governance and organizational development projects.
• Support international HR initiatives across multiple business entities.
• Help build scalable, consistent and transparent people processes.
