Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to transform workforce data into actionable insights for senior leadership in Warsaw. You will build dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, governance, and organizational design initiatives.

You will collaborate with leadership, translate complex analyses into clear recommendations, and help ensure data quality and reporting standards across multiple entities.
