ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an HR Governance & Organizational Effectiveness Specialist in Warsaw. You will work at the intersection of workforce analytics, organizational design, governance and business decision-making, guiding leaders with facts and structured analysis.
This role is not a traditional HR posting but a strategic partner to senior teams. You will turn workforce data into insights, build dashboards, support workforce planning, and maintain data quality across multiple entities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex organizational and business challenges using data, structure and analytical thinking. This role sits at the intersection of workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, governance and business decision-making. You will help leaders understand how their organizations work, identify improvement opportunities, and support decisions with facts rather than opinions. This is not a traditional HR role focused on employee relations or administration. Instead, you'll work directly with leadership teams on organizational structures, workforce planning, job architecture, governance and people analytics.
