Job summary

Antal Poland is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Managing Director to lead a growing, project-based industrial services business in Poland. You will own full P&L, shape the organisation, build a high‑performing leadership team, and drive market expansion across Poland and selected Eastern European markets.

You will develop and execute a commercial strategy, foster key customer relationships, recruit and develop commercial and operational teams, and implement scalable processes and governance

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with full P&L responsibility and growth track record.
• Experience leading a business unit or subsidiary and scaling operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop sales teams and new markets.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organisation, establishing structures and accelerating growth across Poland and selected Eastern European markets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of managing a business unit, subsidiary or similar organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience developing sales organisations and new markets.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands‑on operational involvement.
• Experience within industrial services, industrial installation, plant engineering, maintenance, building materials, refractory, cement, lime or related sectors.
• Experience in business transformation, organisational development or company build‑up environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy level and a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.
• Fluent Polish and strong English and/or German communication skills.
