Job summary
Capgemini Invent in Poland invites an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support global Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 transformation programs. You will drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness across regions, translating technology change into measurable business value.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in Organizational Change Management within tech transformations.
- Experience in stakeholder management, change impact assessments, and communication planning.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migrations and adoption programs.
- Fluent English and at least one additional language.
- Bachelor’s degree; Microsoft certifications or CCMP/Prosci is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute OCM strategies for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 migrations.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and create readiness plans.
- Design and deliver communication campaigns and training.
- Support adoption measurement and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with executives and change champions across regions.
