Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to lead change and adoption for global Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 programs. You will manage a team, engage with executive sponsors, and drive communications, training, and user readiness to ensure business adoption across regions.

You will work closely with project teams and client leadership to navigate complex change, mitigate risk, and maximize value from technology investments in a multinational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and change impact assessments
• Experience supporting Microsoft ecosystem transformations (M365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and migrations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for global Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of Change Management Consultants
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments and user readiness plans
• Design and deliver communications campaigns, training programs, and adoption enablement activities
• Engage with leaders and sponsors to drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption across regions
• Support migration readiness, cutover activities, and post-migration stabilization
• Measure adoption success and provide insights through executive dashboards
