Job summary

Capgemini is hiring an IT Trainer (Microsoft 365) to design and deliver training for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 transformations across Katowice, Warszawa, and Wrocław. You will develop engaging sessions, workshops, and communications that drive user adoption in an international setting.

The role requires 1–3 years in training or related fields, strong English plus an additional language, and the ability to work across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, communications, HR, change management, or similar role.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions for business audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch/Flemish, Arabic).

Responsibilities

• Support change management activities during Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 projects.
• Prepare and deliver communication materials, user guides, presentations, and training content.
• Facilitate virtual and onsite training sessions, workshops, and information meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and support adoption initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating change and communication activities across different teams and locations.
• Gather user feedback and help identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and adoption.
• Support project teams during implementation and post-go-live activities.
