Job summary

IAG GBS in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Loyalty Strategic Analyst to support loyalty proposition changes. You will work with airlines to analyze strategic goals, document processes and translate requirements into loyalty program rules, configuring the Global Loyalty Platform.

This role offers exposure to cross‑functional teams across Finance, IT and Operations, with opportunities to influence loyalty strategy across IAG's brands.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loyalty management platforms and business rules.
• Strong analytical capability with attention to details in complex data.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Co-operate with IAG Loyalty and airlines to understand strategic goals.
• Learn and document current loyalty processes and business rules.
• Identify dependencies, challenges and opportunities in loyalty projects.
• Verify requirements against platform capabilities and configure rules.
• Travel to operating companies and partner locations occasionally for projects.
