Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a data analytics professional to support route profitability analytics and IT systems used for route optimization within the Lufthansa Group.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, develop BI and data processing methods, and identify new data sources for analytics. English proficiency is required; German is a plus. CV is required and work permit in Poland is necessary.

Qualifications

• University degree in (business) informatics/math/business administration with data analytics/data science knowledge or comparable.
• Professional experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, statistics or a comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Support and development of BI and Data Analytics solutions.
• Translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Further development of data engineering and processing methods.
• Implementation of department-specific IT applications and systems.
• Identification of new data sources and integration for analytical purposes.
• Planning and steering projects, including project leadership where applicable.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
