Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Finance Business Partner / FP&A analyst to work with FBPs across operating companies, performing monthly P&L reviews, MI reports and ad‑hoc analytics using Anaplan, Power BI and Excel.

You will conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and provide insights on costs, benefits, and opportunities to optimise contracts and capital forecasting in a fast-moving global environment.

Qualifications

• Good level of knowledge of Financial Accounting and reporting standards.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, global environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong customer focus and drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience in Variance analysis (2+ years desired).
• Proficient in Excel; Power Query is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide performance management information for project portfolios with spend analysis and insights.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis informing strategic decisions and business cases.
• Analyze monthly P&L and MI reports to support planning and forecasting with actionable commentary.
• Analyse variances, identify issues, and advise on impact for FBPs.
• Provide analysis to support third‑party contracts and modelling of optimal terms.
• Challenge analytics processes and improve data quality and output.
• Support external audit requirements with needed information.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis using Anaplan, Power BI, Excel or similar tools.
• Provide productivity analysis to drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Own production of capital cash forecasting information and track trends.
• Support the financial and business planning process with robust analytics.
