Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a full‑time Finance Analyst to support financial planning and analysis, provide performance insights, and contribute to budgeting processes.

You will analyse P&L, conduct scenario analyses, model third‑party contracts, and deliver accurate management information using Excel and BI tools.

Fluent English, strong communication, and a proactive mindset are required; knowledge of accounting standards is essential; experience with VBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial accounting and reporting standards.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, global environment with tight deadlines and limited resources.
• Strong customer focus and drive for continuous improvement.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide performance information for project portfolios, including cost analyses and variances.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analyses to inform planning and forecasting.
• Analyse monthly P&L and MI reports, identifying risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.
• Support decisions on third-party contracts and capital forecasting; drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Deliver ad-hoc analytics using Tableau, Power BI and Excel to support FP&A.
