Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience managing large and complex logistics budgets.
• Working knowledge of logistics regulations and government agencies.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Advanced digital, AI and data literacy.
• Proven ability to deliver major improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English in business context.

Responsibilities

• Own the CM&S Logistics budget and spend.
• Develop and implement spend visibility capabilities.
• Create and maintain a Cost to Serve model.
• Define SOPs and business processes for logistics spend.
• Own digital tools and dashboards for the sub-area.
• Drive data governance and analytics for decision making.
• Identify opportunities to reduce lead times, variability, and costs.
• Ensure risk, compliance, and CAPA readiness.
