AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Director for Clinical Study & Supply Planning in Warsaw. You will lead a global organisation responsible for end-to-end supply planning and study execution across the development portfolio within CM&S.

The role requires coordinating with Clinical, CMC, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure uninterrupted patient supply and enterprise-level performance. You will drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and future-ready capabilities to support AstraZeneca’s

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in (clinical) supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead large, global organisations and leaders.
• Deep expertise in clinical supply planning and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of drug development processes and GxP requirements.
• Ability to balance strategy with delivery at portfolio level.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the integrated strategy for Clinical Study & Supply Planning.
• Own and evolve operating model across Supply Planning and Study Lifecycle Management.
• Ensure constrained, optimised supply plans across BOM levels.
