Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain finance, budgeting, and data analytics, with excellent stakeholder management and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain / logistics or another relevant business discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in a supply chain/logistics environment.
• Working knowledge of the logistics industry and regulatory landscape.
• Experience managing large and complex logistics budgets.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Advanced digital, AI and data literacy.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director in budgeting, spend accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain network-wide spend visibility and dashboards.
• Execute spend auditing and billing accuracy activities.
• Manage vendors to ensure service levels and KPIs.
• Coordinate with finance and budget holders for compliance.
• Identify VAT, duties and cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Define SOPs and processes aligned with CM&S Logistics objectives.
• Drive data maturity and data standards for decision support.
