You will own the CM&S Logistics budget, develop cost-to-serve models, dashboards and data standards, and drive improvements that reduce costs while maintaining service quality. Fluent English and 6+ years in logistics are required.

• Minimum of 6 years in a supply chain/logistics environment.
• Experience managing large, complex logistics budgets.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own CM&S Logistics budget.
• Own business processes and solutions to manage logistics costs within CM&S.
• Create and execute a Cost to Serve model allocating costs to study cost centres.
• Create and maintain spend visibility capabilities across the network.
• Execute spend auditing and billing accuracy capabilities.
• Deliver strategic changes to unlock value and improve performance.
• Identify and execute opportunities to optimise import VAT, duties and logistics spend.
• Define and maintain SOPs and business processes.
• Act as the business owner for digital tools/systems relevant to CM&S Logistics.
• Set data standards and drive data-driven visibility (dashboards/analytics).
• Maintain financial compliance and audit readiness; ensure CAPA.
