Job summary

The Adecco Group in Poland seeks a Key Account Manager to grow business and manage strategic client relationships across Flexible Placement, Permanent Placement, and Outsourcing. The role requires travel flexibility and a Category B driving license.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR staffing sales in international organizations, strong relationship-building skills, and fluency in English, with solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HR staffing sales experience in an international organization.
• Proven client management and relationship-building ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is essential.
• Fluent English for effective communication.
• Knowledge of HR practices and strategies is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business for all Adecco service lines: Flexible Placement, Permanent Placement, Outsourcing.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts; organize QBRs with active accounts.
• Increase sales gross value and margin for designated clients at national level.
• Manage client retention and expand Adecco's market footprint; GSE accounts internationally.
• Identify opportunities and guide offers through the sales cycle to closure.
