ENGIE Poland is seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the IS delivery for the BeeStone MVP in Poland. The role sits in a fast-moving, global transformation program and requires coordinating workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery readiness across local and central teams.

You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with Domain Leaders to translate priorities into executable IS scope, while maintaining governance and timely reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager with proven IS or digital transformation project experience.
• Experience delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent in English; Polish is a strong asset; French is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a greenfield, build-from-scratch context.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the IS delivery plan for the Sales-to-Cash MVP.
• Coordinate delivery across business analysis, architecture, integration, testing, deployment and operational readiness.
• Manage delivery trade-offs and escalations with Domain Leaders.
• Maintain structured interactions with the central BeeStone team to align roadmap and release content.
• Represent the local IS delivery stream in the glocal governance rhythm and quarterly deployments.
• Drive delivery discipline in an agile setup with backlog hygiene and release planning.
• Report milestones, risks, issues and decisions to local and global governance.
• Lead a high-impact transformation program with a strong collaboration between Business and IT.
