Job summary

Guardian Glass Rokitki-based customer service team supports top-tier clients with excellence and professionalism. The role involves handling orders, quotes, inquiries, and data integrity in SAP, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting to customers.

Candidates will benefit from university education and experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for familiarity with DSS products. This is a full-time on-site position within a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing service role; familiarity with DSS products (WLM, Opto-E, Connectivity) is a plus.
• University degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the status and schedule of all customer orders, returns, complaints and requests.
• Ensure customer inquiries are addressed and resolved to completion.
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP.
• Manage execution, requirements and maintenance of customer programs.
• Resolve order-related issues with intercompany departments.
• Issue quotations and follow up on status.
• Prepare and utilize analysis reports to improve programs and communications with customers.
• Prepare order, RMA and forecast status reports.
