• Manage status and schedule of all customer orders, returns, complaints and requests.
• Ensure inquiries are addressed and resolved to completion.
• Ensure accuracy of data in SAP.
• Manage execution, requirements and maintenance of customer programs.
• Resolve order-related issues with intercompany departments.
• Issue quotations and follow up on status.
• Prepare analysis reports to improve programs and communication with customers.
• Prepare order, RMA and forecast status reports.
