The role emphasizes proactive customer contact and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in similar roles, strong Excel/ERP skills (SAP preferred), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a similar role handling customer requirements post/pre order.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
• Excel and Microsoft tools experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle presales process and all customer orders, including inquiries and quotations.
• Manage order processing, delivery timing information, and master data accuracy.
• Support pricing processes and credit/re-bill resolutions; ensure timely invoicing.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery processes; monitor order status and documents.
• Assist with after-sales activities: returns, warranty claims, and disputes.
• Support sales by maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Participate in audits and inventory tasks as needed.
