This hands-on role blends strategic partnership with execution, requiring strong business understanding, trusted relationships, data-driven insights, and the ability to navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate goals into people strategies.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders while building credibility.
