Job summary

Transcarent seeks a Data Integrations Senior Manager to lead a team delivering outbound data integrations for healthcare operations. You will manage stakeholder requests, maintain a healthy backlog, and partner with data ecosystems to ensure reliable file operations and SLAs.

You will collaborate with Customer Implementation, Customer Success, and external benefit administrators and carriers, escalating when necessary, while driving process improvements and maintaining program documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science Engineering related fields.
Experience leading data integration and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of data integration and support engineers to deploy and maintain outbound data integrations.
Manage backlog and prioritize requests from stakeholder groups to deliver timely results.
Oversee relationships with data partner ecosystem and ensure SLAs are met.
Communicate effectively between stakeholders and external partners.
Escalate to benefit administrators, carriers and partners when needed.
Coordinate cross-functional staff across geographies and time zones.
Create and maintain program documentation and periodic reports.
Identify and drive process improvements.
