Job summary

PHINIA is seeking an HR Manager in Poland (Rzeszów) to implement HR tools, processes, and standards across the organization.

You will support recruitment, develop career paths, oversee performance reviews, and ensure compliance with labor law while collaborating with external HR consulting firms.

The role requires higher education in HR, psychology, or related fields, strong analytical and reporting skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR management or related field.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR regulations.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities (HR metrics, dashboards).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Strong organization, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR tools, processes and standards across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR procedures.
• Develop and monitor motivational systems and HR programs.
• Support recruitment processes and assist in preparing employment contracts.
• Create job descriptions and contribute to career path planning.
• Oversee annual performance reviews and employee development.
• Coordinate training planning and development activities.
• Collaborate with external HR consulting firms and other external bodies.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations on HR matters for leadership.
