Job summary

Eurofins seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that support business growth and organizational success. You will partner with leaders, champion employee engagement, and provide strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

The role covers talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and compliance. A hands-on, business-minded partner is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive HR experience including business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and talent management.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business decisions through people strategies.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee and business needs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Creative thinker capable of scaling HR processes and programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with objectives and workforce plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance mgmt, talent development, organizational design, and employment law.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning.
• Drive engagement, retention, and talent management initiatives.
• Develop succession planning and career development programs.
• Manage performance, identify gaps, and create development plans.
• Review and implement HR policies and best practices.
• Lead compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring equity and competitiveness.
• Support learning and development strategies and training delivery.
• Collaborate on payroll processes and payroll accuracy.
• Use HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
