FUJIFILM Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to design, administer, and maintain HR processes, coordinating with European HR to deliver high-quality services. The role focuses on aligning HR activities with the company’s strategic goals and fostering employee well-being across the organization.

You will partner with People Managers, manage employee relations, and ensure accurate data handling in HR systems while driving process improvements and policy development.

Qualifications

• >5 years of HR experience in a department
• Deep understanding of Human Resources
• Personnel administration proficiency
• English for business communication
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs
• Cross-organization collaboration
• Ability to establish priorities
• Good command of Excel
• Strongly representing company values
• Knowledge of HR tools (ADP/Workday)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes including Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Lifecycle, Performance Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Administration, Employer Branding and Communication
• Distribute workload within the HR team
• Act as a partner for People Managers to execute People Strategy
• Deliver HR services with required quality and comply with local legislation
• Support Senior HR Manager with operational tasks and ad hoc projects
• Collaborate with European HR
• Manage employee relations
• Process employee data accurately and confidentially
• Ensure accurate HR data in systems
• Address employee queries and requests
• HR Controlling
• Identify process improvements and participate in implementation
• Contribute to development of HR policies
• Promote corporate culture
