Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to support internal HR services across Europe and international EORs. You will coordinate employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, payroll, benefits, immigration, HRIS, and compliance in line with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with international HR management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate European and international HR operations and EOR activities.
• Support onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding with accurate documentation.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits, and immigration processes.
• Maintain HR documents, case notes, and compliance records across countries.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Prepare reports and support process improvements in HR service delivery.
