Instant Impact is seeking an HR Manager (EMEA) to partner with business leaders across the region, delivering proactive HR support and advisory services. The role covers employee relations, performance management, and organisational development in a growing, regulated environment.

You will liaise with senior stakeholders, navigate UK/EU employment law, and drive talent initiatives while maintaining a practical, commercially focused approach.

Formación

• Proven experience as HR Manager/HRBP or Senior HR Advisor.
• Knowledge of UK and EU employment law and employee relations best practice.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Background in professional services, legal or financial services is advantageous.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders across EMEA to provide strategic and operational HR support.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
• Support managers with complex people issues, ensuring compliant outcomes.
• Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership and people management capability.
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures and business transformation projects.
• Use HR metrics to identify trends and inform business decisions.
