Spencer Ogden is seeking a Business Development Manager for Offshore Wind in Poland to expand our client's footprint. You will identify opportunities, develop relationships with clients and partners, and drive market entry strategies across Poland.

You will monitor industry trends, compare regulatory developments, and collaborate with internal teams to execute growth initiatives, delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Firm knowledge of the Polish offshore wind market.
• Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the market.
• Broad awareness of market situation, industry problems and current needs.
• Strong negotiation skills in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive market and business development activities identifying new commercial opportunities in line with growth strategy.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, business partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitors and regulatory landscape to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights.
• Support planning and execution of BD initiatives, partnering with internal teams and functions.
• Contribute to additional commercial, BD and strategic initiatives to support growth and market presence.
