• Proven experience in leading complex projects within offshore energy
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Focus on safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders throughout project execution
• Coordinate and manage the project team to deliver personnel, materials, logistics and deliverables
• Lead on-site safety, drive commercial success and client satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Monitor project status and progress following international PM practices
• Play a key role in major offshore wind initiatives in Poland
