Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; at least 4 years in supply chain management or procurement.
• Very good knowledge of English and Italian (B2/C1).
• Direct team leadership experience is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Excel knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accurate processing of procurement transactions and oversee workload allocation.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and drive productivity gains.
• Collaborate with Procurement Delivery Lead on goals and digitalization; monitor delivery performance.
• Coach and train the team; support transition of Procure to Pay (P2P) into the CSS organization.
• Manage day-to-day activities with a portfolio of international suppliers, including PO creation and issue resolution.
