Job summary

OPmobility in Poland is seeking a purchasing-focused professional to assist RFQ setup, analyze supplier quotes, negotiate prices, and coordinate with legal for contracts. You will issue purchase orders, track tooling and parts, and drive cost reductions alongside program teams.

Key responsibilities include data analysis, supplier coordination, and maintaining process documentation. Proficiency in English is required; BTS-level education and MS Office/MFG PRO skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Oral and written communication skills in a professional environment (English required).
• Good knowledge of the main purchasing practices, procedures and policies.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Assist Buyers in RFQ establishment and analysis for production needs.
• Compile data analyses and participate in supplier price negotiations.
• Support legal review for contractual relations with suppliers.
• Issue price lists and purchase orders; maintain documentation.
• Work with Buyers, suppliers and program teams to reduce costs.
• Coordinate supplier price changes and scheduling of parts and tooling.
• Attend program and progress meetings; support continuous improvement.
• Be Ingoal Key User: train end users, maintain reference docs, ensure process compliance.
