Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or administration roles.
• Proven experience managing financial operations, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience with SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational decision-making.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and performance metrics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies in coordination with external accounting and tax service providers and central Group functions.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow and working capital to optimize organizational liquidity.
