Job summary

Adient plc in Poland is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the annual Profit Plan, monthly Outlooks, and complex financial analysis across production cost, margins, and cash flow.

You will coordinate internal controls, SOX compliance at the plant, support new programs, and partner with commercial units to validate business cases and capital investments; strong English communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics with controlling/accounting focus or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting; SOX experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to deep-dive data to identify drivers behind financial results.
• Able to self-motivate, be investigative, self-driven and well organized.
• Strong knowledge of financial KPIs and production costing/marginal program profitability.
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry as a controller; automotive experience is an advantage.
• Advanced MS Excel; MS Access knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Hyperion is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual Profit Plan and monthly Outlooks
• Analyze Month-End results, explain variations vs Plan and Outlook in Material Margin, conversion cost, Inventories, Capital Expenditures, Cash Flow
• Support the business to meet profit plan and business case financial commitments
• Analyze financial data and highlight escalated potential financial issues; Coordinate Balance Sheet Audits, Internal Controls, BOS and SOX Compliance in the designated plant
• Support rollout of new processes and systems into their area of responsibility
• Support new programs, cooperate with commercial units, coordinate quoting process
• Analyze program profitability against business case and Prepare Capital investment requests and validate paybacks
• Prepare ad-hoc calculations, analysis and financial simulation models
• Track and coordinate statistical reporting of various measures across all departments
• Cooperate with Country Finance Service Center on Statutory submission and reporting
