Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in IT consulting or technology services, with 5+ years in senior account management in Europe, and a track record of managing $5M–$15M enterprise accounts in FinTech, Insurance, Energy, Healthcare, or Hi-Tech

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT consulting or technology services.
• 5+ years in a senior account management or client partner role in Europe.
• Enterprise accounts in the $5M–$15M range.
• Deep expertise in FinTech, Insurance, Energy, Healthcare or Hi-Tech.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and grow enterprise accounts in Europe.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Co-create transformation roadmaps with clients.
• Collaborate with delivery, technology and consulting teams.
• Identify expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
