Job summary

Pactus.eu is seeking a proactive Debt Recovery Team member in Poland to securely improve clients' liquidity through amicable negotiations. You will contact clients by phone, verify contracts, and analyze payment arrears to tailor effective repayment plans.

The role emphasizes CRM data integrity, reporting, and collaboration with other departments. Fluency in Romanian, Polish, and English (B1) is valued, with a focus on dynamic problem solving and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service via phone calls is a plus.
• Fluent Romanian, English (min. B1), Polish are required or preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients, providing telephone service for amicable debt collection, and negotiating repayment plans tailored to the client's capabilities.
• Verifying contracts and handling cases reported by clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnosing the financial situation of the callers and identifying the root causes of their payment arrears.
• Managing our database by verifying and updating contact details.
• Reporting actions and documenting progress of conversations in CRM systems.
• Cooperating with other departments, analyzing results during briefings, and improving sales and negotiation skills through training.
